Australian Trade Promotion Terms & Conditions

No purchase necessary - Entry is free.

Promoter: Naked Sundays Pty Ltd (ABN 96 638 334 979) of Level 1, 50 Riley Street, Darlinghurst NSW 2010 (“Promoter” or “Naked Sundays”).

1. Promotion 

The promotion is known as the “Win a Trip to Bondi for You + Your Bestie or Claim the Cash Prize” promotion (“Promotion”). 

The Promotion is open to eligible Australian residents and is separate from any promotion or sweepstakes conducted by Naked Sundays in the United States. Entry into one promotion does not constitute entry into the other. 

The total Australian prize pool is AUD $4,999. 

2. Promotion Period 

The Promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 1 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 31st October 2026 (“Promotion Period”). 

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted. 

3. Eligibility 

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. 

Employees, directors and officers of the Promoter, agencies or suppliers directly associated with the Promotion, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. 

The Promoter may require an entrant or winner to provide reasonable proof of identity, age and Australian residency. 

4. How to Enter 

To enter during the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant must: 

1. Visit https://nakedsundays.com/pages/win-a-trip-to-bondi

2. Complete all required fields on the online entry form; 

3. Submit a valid email address;

4. Agree to these Terms & Conditions; and 

5. Consent to receive email marketing communications from Naked Sundays. 

There is a limit of one entry per person and per email address during the Promotion Period. 

No purchase or payment is required to enter and making a purchase will not increase an entrant’s chance of winning. 

By entering, entrants consent to receiving promotional and marketing emails from Naked Sundays. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe facility provided in those communications. Unsubscribing after submitting a valid entry will not invalidate that entry. 

Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, duplicate or otherwise non-compliant entries may be deemed invalid. 

The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and entrants and may disqualify an entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions or otherwise engages in conduct intended to manipulate the Promotion. 

5. Draw 

One (1) winner will be selected by random electronic draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. 

The draw will take place on: 

Date & Time: 10am AEDT 5 November 2026 

Location: Level 1, 50 Riley Street, Darlinghurst NSW 2010 

Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected. 

The draw will be conducted using a random selection process. Where practicable, members of the public may be given the opportunity to witness the draw, and appropriate records of the draw will be maintained. 

The winner does not need to be present at the draw. 

The odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received.

6. Prize 

There is one (1) prize, with a total value of AUD $4,999. 

The winner may elect to receive one of the following two prize options:

Option A — Bondi Travel Prize 

An AUD $4,999 travel voucher provided through JC Travel Corporation to be used towards a trip to Bondi/Sydney, New South Wales for the winner and one (1) travel companion.

The travel voucher may be applied towards eligible travel arrangements made through JC Travel Corporation, which may include return economy airfares from within Australia and accommodation in Bondi/Sydney, subject to availability and the travel provider’s booking terms. 

As this prize is supplied as a fixed-value travel voucher rather than a pre-booked itinerary, the exact airline, departure point, accommodation, number of nights and travel dates will be selected in consultation with the travel provider and will depend on the winner’s location, preferences, availability and the AUD $4,999 maximum voucher value. 

The travel voucher must be redeemed through JC Travel Corporation by 31 March 2027. 

The winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary where flights or shared accommodation are booked as part of the prize. The travel companion must be aged 18 years or older and legally able to travel within Australia. 

If the cost of the winner’s selected travel arrangements exceeds AUD $4,999, the winner is responsible for paying the difference. 

Any portion of the voucher remaining unused following completion of the applicable booking arrangements or upon expiry of the voucher will be forfeited and will not be paid or refunded as cash. 

Unless specifically included in the booking made using the travel voucher, the prize does not include meals, travel insurance, transfers, baggage fees, parking, spending money, activities, incidental hotel charges or other personal expenses. 

The winner and travel companion are responsible for satisfying any airline, accommodation provider or other travel provider identification and booking requirements. 

Travel is subject to availability, applicable blackout periods and the terms and conditions of the relevant travel suppliers. 

If the winner chooses to travel without a companion, no additional cash or compensation will be provided. 

OR 

Option B — Cash Prize 

AUD $4,999 cash, payable by electronic funds transfer to an Australian bank account nominated by the winner. 

The winner is entitled to receive Option A or Option B only, not both. Accordingly, the maximum total prize value for this Australian Promotion is AUD $4,999. 

The winner’s election is final once confirmed to the Promoter. 

7. Winner Notification and Verification 

The provisional winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number supplied with their entry within seven (7) days of the draw.

The provisional winner may be required to provide reasonable proof of their identity, age, residency and eligibility before being confirmed as the winner. 

The winner must respond to the Promoter and complete any reasonable verification requirements by 10 December 2026. 

The winner must also advise the Promoter whether they elect to receive the Bondi Travel Prize or Cash Prize. 

If a winner responds and otherwise validly claims the prize but does not make a prize election within the requested timeframe, the Promoter may elect to award the AUD $4,999 Cash Prize. 

The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the provisional winner. 8. Publication of Winner 

The confirmed winner’s name and State or Territory will be published on the Naked Sundays Australian website at https://nakedsundays.com/pages/win-a-trip-to-bondi on 20 November 2026 and will remain published for at least 28 days. 

Where required by applicable State or Territory law, including requirements applicable to the Northern Territory, the winner’s details will also be published in an appropriate local or national publication. 

The winner acknowledges that publication of certain winner information may be required by applicable trade promotion laws. 

9. Unclaimed Prize and Redraw 

If the provisional winner: 

• cannot be contacted despite reasonable attempts; 
• does not claim or accept the prize within the required timeframe; 
• is found to be ineligible; 
• provides false or misleading information; or 
• otherwise fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, 

the prize may be treated as unclaimed, subject to applicable law. 

If required, an unclaimed prize redraw will take place on: 

Date: 10 December 2026 

Time: 10am AEDT 

Location: Level 1, 50 Riley Street, Darlinghurst NSW 2010 

The redraw will be conducted randomly from all remaining eligible entries. 

Any replacement winner will be contacted in writing within seven (7) days of the redraw and their details will be published on the Naked Sundays Australian website for at least 28 days and in any additional publication required by law.

The Promoter will comply with any State or Territory requirements governing unclaimed prizes. 

10. Prize Conditions 

The prize cannot be transferred to another person by the winner. 

No prize substitution will be made except as permitted or required by law. If a prize or a component of the Travel Prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may, subject to any necessary regulatory approval, provide a prize or component of equal or greater value. 

If the Travel Prize cannot reasonably be supplied, the Promoter may award the AUD $4,999 Cash Prize instead. 

The Promoter is not responsible for any prize after it has been transferred or issued to the winner, except to the extent required by law. 

11. Personal Information and Marketing 

The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information for the purposes of: 

• administering and conducting the Promotion; 
• verifying entries and winner eligibility; 
• contacting and awarding the prize to the winner; 
• complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements; and 
• sending Naked Sundays marketing and promotional communications where the entrant has consented to receive them. 

Personal information may be disclosed to service providers reasonably required to administer the Promotion or fulfil the prize, including the travel prize provider and providers involved in conducting the draw. 

Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available on the Naked Sundays Australian website. 

Marketing communications will include an unsubscribe facility. Requests to unsubscribe will be processed in accordance with applicable Australian law. 

12. Technical Problems and Conduct 

The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete or not received due to technical, network, telecommunications or other issues outside the Promoter’s reasonable control. 

Proof of submission does not necessarily constitute proof of receipt. 

Any attempt to deliberately interfere with the legitimate operation of the Promotion may result in disqualification and may be referred to the appropriate authorities. 

13. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation

If the Promotion cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including technical failure, fraud, natural disaster, governmental action or another event materially affecting the integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter may modify, suspend, postpone or cancel the Promotion only to the extent permitted by law and subject to any regulatory approval required in the relevant State or Territory. 

The Promoter will not amend these Terms & Conditions after commencement where regulatory approval for the amendment is required unless that approval has first been obtained. 

14. Liability 

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, or any other applicable law. 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for loss, damage, delay, expense or injury caused by events beyond its reasonable control or by third-party travel, accommodation or other prize suppliers. 

Entrants and the winner remain responsible for their own actions and for complying with applicable travel-provider requirements. 

15. Publicity 

The winner agrees that the Promoter may use their name, State or Territory and reasonable photographs or content relating to their win for the purposes of announcing and reasonably promoting the outcome of the Promotion, subject to applicable law. 

Any additional commercial use of a winner’s image or likeness beyond reasonable Promotion-related publicity will be subject to any consent required by law. 

16. Social Media 

This Promotion may be advertised on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or other social media platforms. 

The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other social media platform on which it is promoted. 

Entrants release those platforms from responsibility for the conduct or administration of the Promotion to the extent permitted by law. 

17. General 

The Promoter’s decisions regarding the administration of the Promotion are final, subject always to applicable law and the rights of entrants to raise a complaint with an applicable regulator.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, subject to any rights or protections that apply under the laws of another Australian State or Territory and cannot lawfully be excluded.
